Coach! What Should I Do?
“I only slept for four hours. Should I still do the hard session?”

Coach! What Should I Do?
The plan says one thing. Life has added context.
The series starts with a real decision, identifies the information that matters, gives the clearest useful answer and explains what could change it.
The question — what has changed?
The context — which facts affect the answer?
The decision — what is useful now?
The change condition — what could make another answer appropriate?
Evidence and honesty
Clear about what the answer is based on.
A coaching judgement, a personal experience and a well-supported external finding are not the same type of evidence. Insights make that difference clear.
Honest content does not pretend certainty where it does not exist. It still gives you a useful way forwards.
Between Sessions
A personal letter about the decisions between the prescribed work.
Receive considered coaching ideas, scenarios and lessons that benefit from more space than a social post.
General guidance can clarify the question. Coaching can work with your answer.
If your goal, history and life context need to be considered together, a discovery call is the right place to begin.
